  • you got yer "WHOOOP" stance wrong @ 00:29 :\

  • nice video.. very interesting...

  • for the record-i got accepted into both A&M and UT and STILL chose A&M. And some of you talking trash would be lucky to get into any school. They are both great schools, totally different from one another. My sister goes to school in austin and we get along just fine. Also, Austin's acceptance rate is lower because their students have started to mainly come from out of the US. Don't disrespect either school-you only make yourself look like an idiot.

  • i think the reason that there are alot of trollers on this website, is because they dont have much better, cuz they went to a crappy college and didnt get a job.

  • WHOOP!

  • I had the grades to not have to go to tu, so I got my first pick - Texas Aggies

  • Comment removed

  • im glad im a lobo ha ha ha ha ha

  • im so glad im not an aggie

  • Why do Aggies think that they are the ONLY school with tradition? They make such a big deal out of tradition. Every single major university has tradition. Its just so ingrained into the fabrics of the university that they don't have to label it "tradition". Thats all i hear aggies rant about is the tradition at a&m. WHO CARES. we understand you have school traditions. so does every other school. Find something else to distinguish your university

  • @HamBurglerMan Aye The Reason Why Our Tradition Is So Big Is Because Of The Bonfire Accident Bro.

  • @Ahmad3002 obviously you don't know much about the university. these traditions i'm refering too have been around since before 1999

  • @Ahmad3002

    What?

    Just no

  • @HamBurglerMan Most of A&M's traditions have been around since the early 1900's. Even Bonfire began in 1909.

  • @Itsmeagain9145 because you're the only school that still has continuing traditions? so does all the other universities. granted its great that the traditions have stood the test of times, but its really no different from other schools

  • the guys who is wildcatting infront of the staue...his leg shouldn't be out...

  • “Give me an army of West Point graduates and I'll win a battle. Give me a handful of Texas Aggies, and I'll win the war.”

    -General George S. Patton

  • Love the Aggie jargon. You just have to be an Ag to understand!

  • Wow.

  • Reason i go to a&m is i dont like fags and hobos in austin. if UT (I dont say tu cuz i have respect for the school) has less fags and ignorant librals, i would've gone there. lol

  • kyle field is just wow. you can see if like 1 mile before yo drive into a&m and inside is just another story

  • Rember Sul Ross!

  • Actually A&M is where you go if UT doesn't accept you :) i woud know, i have 4 friends there

  • @LSDrumline08 youre so ignorant...

  • @LSDrumline08 Actually the reason UT has such a large student body is because they let anyone in and if I'm not too much mistaking they have a high student drop out rate. 3 of my cousins went to UT and never finished and I have four other cousins who went to A&M and finished in 4 years and have great careers. I don't go to either one of these schools but I'm trying being objective.

  • @Rampageg22 well maybe they do have a higher student body but not everyone gets in due to the financial assistance that they have. However most drop outs from Austin are people who can't balance school and partying or watever else they have. You don't have to worry about that @ A&M because it doesn't compare close to the party atmosphere @ Austin; i don't go to either one also

  • @Rampageg22 The drop-outs are the incompetent students who didn't know what they were getting themselves into. The academic standards there are extremely high. To correct you, the acceptance rate of UT is about 49-51% and A&M is about at 73%. So, if you look at the facts, A&M is the one that accepts "everybody". Even with the drop-outs the retention rate at UT is still at about 93%. Every school will have a lot of drop-outs. Nobody will have 100% of their student body complete school. No way.

  • t.u. is where you go if you can't get into Texas A&M. And to the last comment posted, you need to learn how to spell Aggies. I guess you probably go to t.u. and that would explain why you can't spell.

  • isnt every aggys answer "because i couldnt get into Texas"

  • First off you need to learn how to spell aggies. Second, t.u. is where you go if you can't get into Texas A&M.

  • @wwhooten3 Texas has an acceptance rate of 73%... Not too hard to get in there! I applied there just so I could deny their admission to go to UT. You're pretty slow, because you had to comment twice on the same topic. You don't have the capability to get your whole point out there in one paragraph. You need to learn how to spell faggie, 'cause it's UT not t.u. faggies isn't worthy to be spell correctly. At least, when talking to you. I bet you're one of those that couldn't get into UT.

  • @kenny5292 Really? You need to learn why we say TU and not UT. If UT is so much better, then why is it that most employers want Aggies? Wall Street proved it. So yeah according to the people that matter like bosses, Aggies far out beat Texas. Overall Aggies are a better group of individuals who work hard, excel, hold tradition, and never cease to change the world. Being an Aggie stands for something far greater than you will ever know. I am proud to be an Aggie.

  • @kushphog Well with the way you spell "Aggie," I believe it's the other way around

  • This post makes me go: "WHOOOOP!"

  • It was.... Amateur. Videocopilot and all. I think "Matt" has the right video equipment, but he sucks at using it.... I couldhave done better.

  • Though originally envisioned and annotated in Texas law as a part of the University of Texas System, Texas A.M.C. had a separate Board of Directors from the University of Texas from the first day of classes and was never enveloped into the University of Texas system.

  • ...since winning football games deems your school worthy of a prestigious degree...

    Gig 'Em.

  • the school isnt an embarassment. the vet school is the only one in the state and top 5 in the nation. 50% of vets in texas are aggies. bevo goes there for treatment. 1 in every 10 students who apply make it in. we did win. we won national championships in mens golf and mens and womens track and field. bonfire falling was an accident. it wasnt on purpose. ut was not the first public college in the state. texas A&M was.

  • Although Texas A&M was the first PUBLIC university to open in Texas, it originally was a branch of the University of Texas; which the legislature called a "University of the First class".

  • In 1871 the legislature established the Texas A&M college, but the university was still postponed. The Constitution of 1876 specified that the legislature, as soon as practicable was to establish, organize, and provide for the maintenance and support of a 'university of the first class' to be located by vote of the people and styled the University of Texas, for pormation of the study of literature and the arts and sciences.

  • Why I'm an Aggie, is to not in any way be associated with ignorant, hateful people like you. You're giving the rest of your teasip friends a bad name. I promise, most longhorns would be embarrassed by what you just wrote.

  • I laughed

  • if we were to become a top 10 school, and lose the identity and traditions associatEd with it, and become just a mindless education factory with no soul then we might as well be in Austin.

  • @Itsmeagain9145 As an electrical engineering major, fuck you and your traditions. If you're not busting your ass in college in order to get your degree and you have plenty of free time to partake in "tradition", you're more than likely studying something that will not contribute to society. Thank you for taking away financial aid that could go to somebody that's going to make the advancement in medicine or technology that saves people's lives.

  • @seinfan9 our guys contribute to society and we have plenty of engineers who do great things, we just also have time to focus on things that are very important in preparing for life outside of college. I am referring to the Texas A&M Core Vales, which are as follows: Excellence, Integrity, Leadership, Loyalty, Respect, and Selfless Service. You can get your degree wherever you so choose, that's your right. Me? I choose the Aggie Family

    Thanks & Gig 'Em

  • If you go to UT you pretty much disgraced the college with your comment.

  • @ longhorn4life17: yeah and I bet you like taking it up the ass

  • Excellent pitch. Gig'em '00 !!

  • Is this for real?

  • Great editing. The video itself is awesome, however I can't believe you have a guy doing the senior wildcat completely wrong. You are supposed to tuck your left leg behind your right and whoop up, not to the side. It looks really gay the way the guy in the video did it. I consider myself redass, so don't take this the wrong way when I say I am slightly embarrassed when I watch that particular part and knowing that others can see it makes it worse.

  • Great video, I had a wonderful time at A&M.

    Gig'em '09

  • baller!

  • I guess Gary Dub got rejected from UT and A&M. Must be a Tceh Tard

  • really??? you could not have said it better... shut up douche bag... if A&M is so bad why did you waste the type to look up A&M and waste your time to actually type something..

you must be a t shirt fan... UT

for the most part its people that have nothing to do with UT or Tech that talk trash about ATM... all my friends that went to UT or tech or any other school arent like you..

    fkin idiot...

  • THAT's why I'm not an aggie...

  • " why i hump it"

  • fail.

  • Don't hate...

  • Congrats!

  • Very good video! And the music! What song is that?

  • my cousins an aggie

  • omg that's my brother marching!!!!!

    dude- GREAT EDITING!!

  • MATT! you did SUCH a good job with this!

  • Awesome!

  • Good job!

  • hey, i'm totally in this.

  • are you color grading? MB?

  • haha. I liked it, it was really good. My only critique is that a stedicam or a track would have made those tracking shots look amazing. They arent that expensive to rent. Hell if you would have let me know I may have gotten you the track for free ;)

  • Great video! This was really well put together!
