I get the big 3.1 lb bags of Mariani Premium Pitted Prunes at our local Sam's Club here in SC. They are inexpensive and good for you. They give you energy, make you full, make you feel good and happy, keep you regular and you do not waste time straining on the toilet. What more can you ask for? I like to eat 3 or 4 at a time several times a day. Please take my advice and you will feel like a new person after a week of antioxidizing your body.
