This song is used for one of the various boss battles- it was used for either Zodd or Baron Balzac.... Can't exactly remember. (i gotta play that game again,,,,,)

It's used in the boss battle against the Great Tree (Niko and Sister Eriza) only. The battle against Baron Balzac uses a variation of this theme and is similar, but it isn't the same.
