how did you get the video recorder to show the whole screen, with all the sims, sim wants, needs,etc? i know hw to record but it comes out like in your previous videos.

It's funny cause my Legacy is going almost exactly the same way except Dad's an elder (Retired) International Spy, Mom's a triple agent almost Elder. The boy's older than the girl. :)

@ mnnieclips: I use Fraps. Iam new to the whole LP thing and havent uploaded any vids to youtube yet but iam working on it. I like fraps its great.

how are you able to record voice and play the game at the same time.

@minnieclips I use the in-game Sims recorder, and then I have Windows Movie Maker going, that is what I use to record my voice. Then I upload the recorded video into Windows Movie Maker and just edit it to fit so what I say and what happens is the same. If that makes sense :)

@CaburyQueen16 Thanks I was going crazy trying to figure it out, I have camstudio but sometimes it freezes. That makes perfect sense I could audacity for audio recording and drop in the audio file too. thanks for the tip. keep posting on the legacy. I know it's a hard challenge but it must help to coutinue it with an audience.

@minnieclips Yes its fun, but I dont have much time for it, unfortunately. And I feel bad because it has been months since an update.

I tried camstudio but I couldn't get it to work, it was only ever a black screen when I would play-back. So I just decided to stick with Sims 3 video and Windows Movie Maker :) has worked so far.
