@texbritproductions it may be 2 years late, but fraps is generally what most people use for live raw game capture. If your porting from a console a 20 dollar tv card will do the trick. I just dislike seeing anyone being discouraged from learning something new. No matter how long its been.

u format the way the camera films. if your using growler guncam. you log on to "film tips" and get the help from there to film it.

you could use dev mode on halo ce. use dev camera and film away

As one of the main participants in this film, I would like to say that our movie kicks ass. It makes all other movies look like a saturday morning cartoon from Korea. And MystDragon3k....get laid.

I agree with Scirr and the others, this is extremly good, one of the best short films ive ever seen. I give it a 9/10. You lost a point because the first part of the film, was darkend on the sides, showing you had to zoom in to get rid of the HUD, while latter it goes away later on showing you did get HUDless later. This inconsitancy is the only problem I have with it...in fact, its only worth half a point, the other half point is to show you always have room for improvement. Excellent work.

this is easily the best directed halo film that i have ever seen...great editing and voice overs. the camera angles and movements were awesome. u guys should seriously think of either doing a series with an actual story line or better yet some type of movie w/ a story line....great job!!
