It's funny really, in RoF the story is great but the gameplay is a bit limited, but in EoT the story is quite generic with the "say no to being emo" type of story (that's how it seemed to me), but there is more gameplay options.

If I had to choose between RoF and EoT, I'd have to always go with RoF.

Well Yuri Chelinka and Gnash are only about 13 while Al is roughly 30-40 and his spiecies tend to be "skinny".

I gotta get this game, but as I can see, you can't really customize your character like in the GC version. What a shame, I've already played echoes of time, and was disappointed because I absolutely loved being able to make my selkie (or any other ones, but I always chose selkie because they were bomb. Speed = best imo) have different hair colors and stuffs. Pre-set characters...oh well, still looks fun.

Order of release: Crystal Chronicles, RoF, EoT, Crystal Bearers.

Hate to tell you MetroidCommando, but Crystal Bearers isn't the latest in the timeline. Square Enix has given us CC fans enough clues to this theory - it's all quite obvious. Do you not recall in the original game, it's said the Lilties once ruled the world? And in Alfitaria, one of the Yukes there says that some Lilties still think they are the best, and they look down on him? Now why would some of the Lilties "still" think poorly of the Yukes?....

That's a good question, and I've wondered the same. It's more than possible that the Yukes made a comeback after the events of Crystal Bearers; maybe by something magical, or Crystal related.. who knows, maybe it will be explained in the next Crystal Chronicles game. But since this is the *only* flaw (if you can even call it a 'flaw') in the timeline theory, I'd say that's pretty good and logical.

Your timeline is quite right in the most logical theory, yet we cannot say for SURE of course as no official statement on it has been released.

If you think on it, Crystal Bearers is quite more than likely the "ancient civilization" that relied *HEAVILY* on crystal power, that is such a big subject in Echoes of Time. Thusly, slip it between Ring of Fates and Echoes of Time.

@MrAha1234 I think she ressurects you, while you're fighting versus one of the bosses. But still, in Echoes Of Time, you can create a Clavat who looks just like her. =3 That's what I did.

A great game, but it would have been greater if it was more extended. Good set of characters, the story itself was kind of old, but not that bothering. It was easy as heck, but that doesn't matter. Hopefully there's a follow-up for Ring of Fates, because I felt some of the characters were missing development... Like Gnash for example, or Meeth. I would have loved to know more about those two.
