@exelsior3 The "water does not hydrate" thing in the EU was so that water bottlers cannot claim water hydrates MORE than other drinks... which many people would think.
But you probably just read it out of some tabloid and was like "HERP DERP LOL EU BUREAUCRATS ARE BAD"
