@elimonjal Hi there! If you click on the link in the description box below my video, it'll take you straight to the recipe on my blog. Thank you so much for watching!
If I wanted to make these noodles by soaking up white rice overnight and blending it, would I use cooked rice or uncooked rice? Just wondering, because I dont feel like buying the tapioca starch, rice powder, etc...I dont even understand the difference between the starches/powders/flours (because they all look and sound the same to me!), but I tend to have plenty of jasmine white rice lying around (which would also save me money), lol. Sorry for the run-on sentences..
@Ninensei18 You know, I'm not sure if that would work but it might! Just don't try using rice powder from the stores...I tried it that way and it didn't work! I did read online before, that soaking rice overnight and then grinding in the food processor might work. Give it a go and let me know if it works!
thank-you so much I really enjoyed it! and finally now I know how to make it. I assume your using rice flour. It is also my favorite dish. Look forward to see watch you from now on.
@loginname2828 Thank you very much! I use rice flour and a mixture of other things in it as well! If you click on the link in the description box below my video, it'll take you directly to the recipe on my blog. Thanks for watching!
@MsAyia This type of noodle isn't typically used in pho but you can do whatever you want to your own bowl of pho so I say try it if that's what you want to do! Let me know if it tastes yummy too!! :)
can i just blend the rice into power would that work the same, thank you for uploading, i love it which i have never seen before. do u know how to make soy bean milk too?
@garywithairp1 I'm not sure if homemade rice powder would work for this because I'm sure you've probably seen the recipe on the internet where you take 1 1/4 cp of uncooked rice and soak it overnight and grind the next day...well I tried subbing that w/store bought rice powder and it didn't work at all! Give it a go though and let me know how it works for you! Soy bean milk?? Sounds like something I may take on. :)

@rahuljonas Hi there! You can try subbing both for some arrowroot or cornstarch. I haven't tried subbing for these in my recipe yet so I would suggest that you play around with the two. If you are trying to eliminate the starch in it completely, I'm afraid that the rice noodles need the starch for that "stretchy" feel to them. I hope that answers your question! :)

Like it..... So we can even have a very thin layer with still less thickness?
harsha669966 2 months ago
@harsha669966 Yes, you can pour a little bit less in your steamer if you don't want your noodles that thick. :)
