you guys have to stop looking at the past 4 or 5 games and look at the patriots, titans, and rams games where favre was completing almost all of his passes and was rocketing them on target. I give the poor guy one more year. He deserves it..that is if he even comes back

And just as I thought going into this year, Pennington was a better fit for the JETS. I say go get Matt Casel. Casel has a nice arm with good accuracy, and he can run. Dump Clemens. Hes not even a good backup
well Coles, Cotchery are good recievers. Chad loved them. Also Dustin Keller had a nice rookie season as a TE. Then you got Brad smith who does it all. Then Thomas Jones out of the backfield along with Leon Washington who is a great reciever out of the. If you ask me, their recieving core is the least of their problems.
Don't agree on Smith,Coles and Cotchery, but the rest is a B+, you know if Favre had a problem with his arm and he goes for surgery and he ready fro pre-season. I'm good with that. Bet jets also have to improve on pass rush.
I like their recievers. But as for the pass rush, it was nonexisting. In the early part of the season the jets had some sacks but it didnt really tell the story. If you watch the games, they would get a sack once in a while, but all in all, the quarterbacks they were trying to get after, didnt even have to leave the pocket. Take the Seatle game for example which in my mind is the worst game of the season. It was snowing like crazy, and i dont think Wallace fell down or got dirty once.
Mark these posts. If Favre returns to the Jets next season, you will all be saying "We should have got rid of Favre last year", Because he will get your hopes up and disappoint you in the end with more interceptions again. He's been doing it for years!
