@blackman26 yes, that would work ok,. not rewatching the video... I would recommend adding the olive oil right before the chicken and not before the grill heats up... as olive burns at a lower temp... etc...
@hamguko Bacon is the best thing I cook on it... makes it easy to render the lard too... I prefer out door grilling myself, even bacon it has that nice smokey flavor to it.
what the heck is cooking temp when you are turning chicken over with you bare hands, hahhahhah don;t you think that chicken is kinda too thick even for charcoal grill
@AsianCookingmadeEasy Thanks for the kind words! Very easy actually, I just shot a rotisserie video and it took 35 minutes to cook 5 thighs... However they had Angie's marinade and tasted sweet!
Those grilled chicken thighs look so moist and tasty! I need to use thigh meat more often; I usually use breast meat, but these thighs look much tastier! Great video, Jimbo!
It lookk tasty indeed but how did you bread crumb or season the chicken what are the ingriedients thanks

Ok, I cooked one last night. It was incredible! I never would have tried this but now I'm hooked. I brined the chicken for a couple of hours first.
