Unreasonable force, the cop should be up on charges for this and should be tried as murder if the poor man dies!! He apparently ran but he doesn't seem to be in much of a running mode when that bully attacks to me....this is quite clearly police brutality!!! It comes to something when an innocent man cannot feel safe to walk the streets and has to worry about those that should be protecting him, too many police think they are above the law themselves and its time for a reality check!
