Where are the fans?? You'd think college volleyball would be bigger in California... That is so disconcerting. Maybe I'm just used to the Smith Fieldhouse at BYU- the scariest place to play volleyball in America.

Stanford's offense is better because of their system. They run a faster system in which their hitter get 1v1 hiting chances all the time. USC hitters are hitting against multiple blockers all the time. That's somewhat due to poor passing but it's often because they don't run a fast offense. The most talented hitter was the big large dude on USC. He was hitting over double and triple blocks several times. Stanford looks like the far better coached team though.

Stanford's setter is amazing! I think their outside hitter, number 9, is good, as well as their opposite, number 5. And there offense is much better than USC's. I was probably sitting like a couple seat to the right of whoever filmed this.

@anahiPADILLAesquer yeah, that's evan romero #5 and brad lawson #9..they are pretty good!!!! and their setter is great, shoji# 12. they crushed the nittany lions earlier tonite :)

@axonhillock Yeah I actually got to go to the Championship last Saturday! =D They pretty much swept the lions. After the second game, everything went down hill for Penn State. And yeah Brad was amazing but so was Kawika. And Evan is always good too lol. Were you there?

Stanford's offense is faster which is why they were not getting blocked. The middles from USC can't get their in time to help the OH in blocking. Stanford also has a much better setter who is far less obvious.
