  • this rivals loonies125. this video absolutely epic

  • brilliant

if it wern't for the part wih the WCRC 47 i'd say this video is perfect

    5* anyway though

  • now thats a proper train!

  • What a fabulous locomotive

  • Excellent camerawork, I think it is the best I have seen on YouTube.

  • Another treat for us! Excellent footage of this run. It was one of the best I've been on along with the Bath and Bristol one the previous Thursday. I saw you filming the diesel section at Honiton (I was looking out one of the windows of the first coach behind the 47 but didn't recognise you until we had left). Great filming once again and thanks for putting it on here.

  • Fantastic video mate lovely work on the Honiton Bank shot 70013 did a fantastic job on that day lovely video 5 stars and in my favs!

  • Good stuff, nice to have met you in Exeter.

That Honiton bank shot, wasn't to bad, 1000 times better than mine, that's for sure :)

PS. I see your "Torbay Express" is now on the Railway Channel.

  • Excellent! Top class filming with great shots, well done.

  • I was at Byfleet and New Haw aswell, up the end of the platform, not as close as the other person with a tripod.

  • Very good combination of shots along the Southern route! The Honiton bank shot looked impressive to me, with the sun looking like it was trying to break through and shine. The night shots looked effective. Even I faced a few challenges and suffered a few errors.

  • Now this is what i call quality! The swing shot at Buckhorn Weston Crossing was a particular favourite. I too arrived at Honiton with only minutes to spares. In the evening i went to Milbourne Port and recorded the soundtrack of the engine pulling away from the slack. See Phil Griffin's vid of it, it's fantastic!
