@BrandonCarterTV yeah its feels better now but its still sensitive for cold i use traumeel its a product what is made from herbs and its really good i discovered more healthy things taxus baccata fruit is also healthy but dont eat the seed the seed is poisonous i am learning for working with green clean gardens but i also learn about the use of herbs they are amazing :D
i found that drinking 2 quart of water at bedtime instead of a bed time snack works good for burning fat along with doing weightlifting and running and biking.

@GamesPlayer1 Yea, you don't need the gym to do any weight loss or workouts to become ripped. Its more for getting big if you don't have the money to buy a bunch of freeweights and machines.
@Casarezx559x All you have to do is eat less calories and workout more. This video and exercises is great if you don't have a gym memebership. If you do have one you could use treadmill or bike and do it for like 30min a day. Workout your muscles too. Bigger muscles will automatically burn more calories.

@Casarezx559x All you have to do is eat less calories and workout more. This video and exercises is great if you don't have a gym memebership. If you do have one you could use treadmill or bike and do it for like 30min a day. Workout your muscles too. Bigger muscles will automatically burn more calories.
