  • I hear you man... TMC SUCKS!!! The box is slow, customer service sucks!! The only reason why I am using TWC is because my apartment complex doesn't allow DISH... If I knew in advance I wouldn't have even moved here knowing I had to resort to TMC... CABLE SUCKS!!! Their DVR BOX SUCKS EVEN MORE!!

The customer service worker you called asked your name to get your address to see if any other techs were in the area to "satisfy your time frame". I have had their service for a little over five years and have never had a tech out for a problem only had them out twice. Once for install and second for phone install. Plus, being in a small town would be better because less people on taps and less traffic on hardlines... HHmmm, sounds like another dumbass comment coming from ya. You should read up on your information next time before you talk shit about something.

  • In addition, when you hear commercials for certain companies dropping stations. Don't get mad at the company, it's actually the STATIONS that are threatening to pull their network because they're Greedy. Like ESPN or all VIACOM stations. It's not TWC's fault, it's their fault.

  • 2007-2008 was misery for Dish Network, Verizon Fios, and AT&T Uverse. It was during all the digital conversion process. This video was uploaded about 2008 I noticed. As of today, Time Warner Cable is awesome in my area. Never had any issues with them. Cable is much better & reliable than Dish Network (so is FIOS).

  • Roadrunner was slower than dial-up. Moden and Cable Box quit working. Customer service hung up on me more than once. I lost business for a week because they couldn't move a simple cable in my building.

  • My "Roadrunner" speed was slower than dial-up. Replaced modem and cable box. My business moved up two floors in the same building and it took Time Warner 5 days to fix the problem. Three different technicians couldn't move a simple cable. I lost busines the whole time due to their incompetence.

  • I would rather have no internet or cable than deal with Time Warner ever again. I dealt with them over the course of one year, problem after problem. Zero customer service and poor product. TG I moved.

  • most of the time equipment doesnt work right its because of the cable lines. most of the time their old and they cant hold a good signal and thats y the internet will cut out and boxes/dvrs will not work correctly. most customers dont want to pay the $20-$40 per line to get them replaced. so its kind of hard to get everything working %100. there are other reasons that the equipment wont work but 90% of the time thats wat it is

  • I had DSL from FairPoint and even though there was some problems with FairPoints service it was FAR more reliable internet service than Time Warner. Also, that stupid T.W. Find it On Demand commercial is ANNOYING the hell out of me with that RETARDED whislting tune that they do during their commercial. I turn the station it comes on it sounds so F.N. Retarded. Seriously that commercial with the dog in it with that IGNORANT sounding whistling gets on my nurves. I need to turn it every time!

  • Yep, in may area they have two hour windows , weekend and appointments as late as 6-9pm. Just have to keep in mind just because you have a 10-12 appoointment doesnt mean they will be at your door at 10am, they may have more than one appt in that slot and if you ever had to do their work you would understand what they go through(at least the ones who care) its sad because sometimes they are only given a small amount of time like 30 minutes to fix something that would take hours to fix.

  • I got a flyer 2 months ago from a company called PlusNet and they offered me high speed internet for 2 years for only $150 one time fee. I was also told I would never be billed any monthly internet fees because they only charge by the year which was great. Any I'm not sure if they have that special going on still but to whom ever is tried of Time Warner like I was should try these guys out. 8007881256 the speed is fast and i get no dropped signals. I love them so far and had no bills so far.
