why do most robots seem "slow" i mean i know the internals of a servo i take them apart alot for replacement for model aircraft but it seems they have a limit on speed. But i mean of course its a 6legged robot not like a bi-pedal which can run fast and less coordination with only 2 legs rather than 6 and slower is more predictable wont run into objects and has more time to decide what to do
The speed of movement is very much governed by servos, shape, and gait configuration. In this example, I am not running the servos at their maximum speed, also I could use the tripod gait which would speed things up.

I like it matt! Is the kit due to be released soon? I'm gonna buy it the second it is.
I only wish it was quicker. The circular style hexapods seem to move about twice as fast as these styled ones, i guess thats just the design of it...
