  • why do most robots seem "slow" i mean i know the internals of a servo i take them apart alot for replacement for model aircraft but it seems they have a limit on speed. But i mean of course its a 6legged robot not like a bi-pedal which can run fast and less coordination with only 2 legs rather than 6 and slower is more predictable wont run into objects and has more time to decide what to do

    I only wish it was quicker. The circular style hexapods seem to move about twice as fast as these styled ones, i guess thats just the design of it...

  • Kit should be out end of September.

    The speed of movement is very much governed by servos, shape, and gait configuration. In this example, I am not running the servos at their maximum speed, also I could use the tripod gait which would speed things up.
