The insurance industry put this on the ballot (although the State Legislature already passed this into law earlier this year) and is spending $10 million to defeat it because they are SCARED AS HELL! What are they scared of? What, they HAVE to deny legitimate claims in order to make a profit? Bullshit! Their profits are OBSCENE!
