Hi,first of all, I want to say I was amazed by your analysis skill, I assume you never know the story before and I don't know if u're able to read Chinese characters or not(If not, I would be more impressed) anyway your telling are pretty close to the orginal plot of the story and you guessed most of the charecters right.
*SPOILER 2* Then, according to the start scene, the fairy is captured and near death as the guy forgets about her, and the guy and his girlfriend try to save her then. (The fairy forgives him!) His girlfriend is disappointed at how her boyfriend could have forgotten about the fairy, and helps to fight the captor, destroying the place in the process and leaving him injured, while his girlfriend leaves him back to her hometown.
Then, at the ending, his girlfriend is dead and the fairy is in a coma
One thing you missed is when they destroy the captor and the place collapsed, all three of them are in danger, his "girlfriend" try to save them, but she get killed during the process, and the scene where she ask him to come with her to see her mother is actually in his dream, by the time, she already dead.
One thing I notice is that you realized the girl who is his "girlfriend". but actually, there is still a huge debate on which girl he like the most between these two, a lot of ppl think he is in love with the fairy, but others think his true love is with that girl. I myself agree the second thought, so I am glad that some one who doesn't know the story before hand would think the same.

small girl = fairy, old girl = guy's girlfriend
the guy met the fairy in the past as a curious boy and meets her later adult, where she reminds him and they have intercourse. Then the guy talks to his girlfriend that once he locates the fairy again they will go away to paradise.

its decently nice. I can about guess the story a bit, but can the creator explain it further? I get confused when you reuse scenes.
