as for the military thing, thats a brilliant idea. the thing is, they would already be enlisted into the military, but prior to boot camp, they would go do the community service portion. i use the term community service loosely, cause they would of course be paid military wages for their services. after completing that portion, they would then begin the next phase, boot camp, and so on so forth.
