Churchill's unwilllingness to use derogatory words or demean others in publlic, even someone as otherwise desrving of it as Hitler was not what caused him to be a "better man". The fact that he was a better man and had superb qualities such as the leadership you cite precluded him from having to step down to engaging in it.

@netpropheting but one could also argue that profanity is such a great way to express oneself for you can express so much with a limited selection of words. Take the word "fuck" for example, If someone says "I dont give a fuck" it clearly means there is nothing that they care less about. the phrase "fuck off" clearly means one should take their activities elsewhere. There is a wide range of examples, and profanity gets a bad rep. So long as it's not overused, it is quite effective.

ok, a 91 mph changeup is terrible, the point is that it's an off-speed pitch. and a 14k 5-2 win in your first game does not make for the best pitcher ever in mlb. what garbage hype even if he will be great, he sure as hell hasn't shown it yet.

@murderousrage It's the movement on his changeup as well as his 100 mph fastball that makes it great. It has that Johan Santana drop to it. 14k's no walks. It's an incredible feat for a debut. No one said he's the greatest pitcher ever. Everyone is just excited to see the first glimpse of him. No walks in 7 innings while possessing 4 high level pitches that move and explode out of his hand is incredible. He's just a damn rookie he'll only get better as long as he's healthy.
