Very nice car for a everyday driving car. Its well worth the money to spend on it even tho its a stock motor. Because the motor is well easy maintain. Engine runs very nice even if the engine is at 250,000 plus. I got a 1994 corolla as well 17 year old car and it still runs strong. Love it tons
I like how you've made an attempt on working with the 4afe...i have one in my ae92 seca 1st gen 4afe. There are ALOT of 4afe haters lol. so now i'm putting in a 20v 4age silvertop soon :)
p.s. the auto doesn't do that motor any favours :s
@watchthisrobotmove yeah i was looking at that too...kinda bang for buck though is more 20v. is that the 16v 4age head that you attach to the 7afe? :) 4afe's are just built for reliability, they never die:p
@TheTwisty92 no bro i havent did the head swap but i do have the head..it only costed me 200bucks.. the 7afe is a whole..i will upload more vids as i havent gottten around to doing so and its been about 7 or 8months..i will post some though and i know thats what all the hype was about in my old vids..i may turbo it before then but i still dont know which route to take as of now
Actually, Im helping the gears to change during less pressure or friction by letting go of the paddle b4 each change...of course u'll have to know ur own car's gear changing behavior well. The gearbox actually jerks during gears shifting when I first had it, after about 6 months, gears transmission turned smooth. cheers!
yup, sure does increase performance, ain't too much tho. but need to clean throttle body once in a while. Extractor changed 4-2-1 with a center reversed bullet, mine's an auto so i keep the stock muffler on. rims color now matches the body.
i fitted a pod filter yesterday, sounds like a little beast! and seems to rev up quicker. maybe placebo but... seems quicker.. well a bit lol. getting 4-2-1's sent from america and im going to make the cat flow straight through. then maybe a cannon but i dont know. id probably pay me out if i saw me so maybe not

Acceleration is bit heavier. Need to get smaller rim. 15 inch is perfect.

@TheTwisty92 you can also switch to the 4age head and keep the 4afe bottom end or do what i do and get a 4age head and put it on the 7afe block. :)
