The answer is probably obvious, but why are they called "boyfriend jeans"? Also, how much bleach?

They are called Boyfriend Jeans because they 're loose + baggy . It makes them look like you nabbed them from the man in your life. 2 cups of bleach- use more if you want them more faded.

No need to spend $200 to have a pair of Boyfriend jeans. Actually, you can buy Boyfriend jeans less than $100 (around $80) without doing that "home-made" boyfriend jeans

Hi Brittaniee, I'm in the middle of a move [ video camera is packed up]. I can tell you in the meantime. You will need sharp scissors or a razor blade and a ruler then you want to evenly as possible cut the fabric. Be really careful. Then put it in the dryer so it will fray. Good luck, Joey
