I will admit there are some TSO's that act like jerks but not everyone is like that, the whole group gets criticized because of one bad apple. Depending on the airport we have thousands of passengers coming through on a daily basis through a checkpoint, half of them don't even speak english then a quarter that does you have to baby them through the whole process. A good example is the people that leave their bags outside without pushing it in the X-ray and then wondering where their bags are at.

I will admit there are some TSO's that act like jerks but not everyone is like that, the whole group gets criticized because of one bad apple. Depending on the airport we have thousands of passengers coming through on a daily basis through a checkpoint, half of them don't even speak english then a quarter that does you have to baby them through the whole process. A good example is the people that leave their bags outside without pushing it in the X-ray and then wondering where their bags are at.

I'm always seeing people complain about security breaches but yet the list of extremely prohibited items that are caught never makes it out to the public.
