This piece was used in the BBC film "LIfe Story" in the final act where Crick and Watson finally reveal the structure of DNA to their colleagues. Truly moving moment to end a great film! Worth hunting out if you can find it.

Pas du tout d'ânerie, j'ai redécouvert la chanson en regardant "Fantastic Mr Fox", j'ai ensuite cherché sur IMDB et m'attendais aussi de trouver du Bach :-)

@jimbojamesIV Very simply because this is an album featuring music from several different films Delerue composed the score for, and the (haunting) music of Le Mépris is included. Another reason might be that Le Mépris has a strong cult status; a picture from it probably was considered by the producers of the album to be most likely to draw the attention of buyers (put Brigitte Bardot on anything and people will look, garanteed ;-) )
