@bulumSP I do contact controllers in fsx. but not during cruise, and not when i taxi to the gate unless im sure I have working gate codes for my airplane so the ground controller will send me to the right terminal. also at KIAD they never use runway 30 for takeoff in fsx but they do in real life so I sometimes dont contact atc and take off from runway 30

Hi when I come in for a landing in any plane I always find myself falling short of the runway and ending up in the woods or in someones back yard could anyone possibly tell me what I am doing wrong?

@johnsmithfsx yeah at the moment I am touching down short I am not stalling at all just losing altitude too fast currently flying Cessna's but once I mastered them hopefully want to move on to boeings!

@VlogDaleVlog Just keep your speed up, keep the throttle up, not not too far. Maintain about 65 knots on the approach, once you cross the threshold, pull the power to idle level out a few feet over the runway, and when the plane starts to sink, flare the nose up. Hope this helps :)

@poofyswine Before u perform any kind of difficult tasks in MSFS which u think cant be done in one short, try to save the game just like in missions and FS will reload automatically from the very last saved position of ur ongoing flight after u crash. Hope u already knew that, don't u?
