Oh no actually it might not be £799 , i just read tht herods in london has gotten its 1st batch tht will become available on 8th december & will cost approximately £500 , so hopefully we'll probably be able to pick some up for 350 - 400 pound pretty soon .

these are so cool , they have full 100% surround sound too, so add tht to ur personal 750" TV & you got yourself a serious piece of entertainment tech & a gamers dream .

my m8 just bought some , he said its great , its like watching ur PS3 games or films on a massive 750" TV from 12 feet away he said .

That sounds bloody awesome , it would feel like ur actually walking around in the game in FPS games or something like SKYRIM would be awesome on them .

Very expensive at the moment though , £799 .

But damnnnnnn i want them so badly lol , i think i best get saving & hope its not too long before a price drop.

won't it create near-sightedness in your eyes? As in permanent eye damage :S

normal 3d glasses and even the ones that flicker for modern 3d technology such as the one they recently launched for PS3 and their 3d tvs, same one Samsung and others also have. Do not cause any damage as the image you are actually looking at is still on the tv and the 3d effect is an illusion and at worst causes temporary eye strain.

This however... Almost a certain way to cause permanent short-sightedness.

Hmm. The 3D wouldn't solve the blurry overlap line in the middle right? Which my Zeiss Cinemizer has. You still have 2 screens which are merged into 1 by your brain. Wouldnt that be extra annoying in 3D?
