i have that symptoms, im scared that i tot i have an heart attack... i don't understand y its happening to me..

this reminds me of my first panic attack, it lasted 6.5 hours. i actually went to the hospital and thought i my heart was about to explode. also my internal organ's in my chest felt like they had been replaced by granite. i tried xanax but it took 4 hourworking and even then i felt a choking sensation. i wish i was able to not have them as they get annoying and can pounce at any moment.

@howlingserenity dude me to i experience all that kind of symptoms.. if i ca not sleep 2 days my panic attack well blown... i dont know whats happened. did you try the symptoms back pain up to nick and to back of my head. then there was something air going to out in may trout but it ca not out.... did you try that?

i always feel like dis it sucks! im taking lorazepam 1 mil as needed... today i got a panic attack and i hade to go to the hospital >.< why does this even happen? ):

@playplayemo me to dude i have panic attack last days i want to go to hospital but i think no one die in panic attack.. then my panic attack well last for a weak.. i safer that to long i cant breath tightness in chest region,back pain,chest pain in all region of my chest.... im scared to deat... sadness...

@reezejelle8 its not dangerous, no one have died, 1 day i really though i was dying it was not my first, and i was not really stressed, i could not breath, it was soo short i had no choice to breath almost like a dog who have run, scary but always here and healthy!
