Yer its was remapped for all the mods, if not mapped i would think the engine light would stop on. Also could cause problems for your engine ie fuelling etc.

Still a little confused about why it does not come with DCCD? it's a genuine 05 with updated 114 P.C.D. Maybe it's an export version of the Type UK? I heard all the Type UKs during and after 2005 were equipped with DCCD.

Well anyway I live in Thailand so maybe the export version is different.

@ofnir123 BOV works for al kind of turbo,so when lifting the gas pedal the pressure difference exits the BOV, and doesn't go to the engine, it increases the lifespan of it, and gives that gorgeous sound.the hatchback STi,has ball bearing turbo,you don't hear the BOV sound because it is redirectioned to the intercooler,and everytime it works not by shooting the compression charge out, but by passing it back to the intercooler, and eliminates most of turbo lag, which gives more power to the car...
