i do the splits with my left leg because i can do it much easier some people do it with left or right leg because they are more comftorable, like me.

hey can you help me
ive only just started to try and do the splits
and not generally flexible
but when i do some stretches that are realted to the kinda hips
it feels weird and like it feels as if its gunna cramp and i dont want to go further cus if there is one thing i hate its cramp
should i stop practicisng the stretches and stuff or is this normal

Can you really learn the correct technique from a video without having someone there to check your posture and alignment during the stretches? I really want to achieve the splits but worry about learning from a video.

i'am 23years old and i never do the splits,but i want beacouse i'am start training kickboxing. can i do the splits?
With the right excersises and training, yes, you should be able to do the splits.
