I don't think 4 EWGF is possible with DVJ, but Kazuya is possible, try it on any large character, King is the best guy to take EWGF's! LoL!
The TGF after the EWGF, is a little hard, but since 5.0 is possible, and in DR, the u/f following the TGF is also possible, and i just forgot to add in this video, i was in race to post this video, at least 10 combos were left out.

There's a cosmetic change, the yellow life bar was replaced to a green life bar. "Type Tekken 5.1" on the search bar and see for yourself.
Electric Wind God Fist, is the electric uppercut made when the command is made right, d/f PLUS 2 is the key, the way i did in the DEWGF demonstration, i think is the most easy way, because you'll have some time to coordinate the d/f+2.

Probably you're HOLDING back button, there's no buffering from 5.0 anymore.
A good training is one combo shown in this video at 0:25.
You do in Counter Hit, the other character will be stunned.
So after you do b+4, you MUST RELEASE the back button, past that, b~f+2,1,2.
In a little time you'll get used to this command, and you'll begin to perform that way even in 5.0.

Really fast is light dash, 6 dashes per second.

Was the intention, begins slow and trying to end faster.
Doing in PS2 pads, i cannot expect faster dashes from myself in versus matches.

Sorry for the late answer, it works on big characters, but somehow it works on Feng, he isn't that big and work well with him.
No Techroll, and you don't need to be fast, just input at the right time, and it's not hard, just practice for a few minutes and you're good to go.
