Please answer! If I'm at school and at lunch I'm not that hungry so I eat nothing, then next break I'm starving. Do I gain more this way? I was under the impression that I should keep myself full at all times to avoid binging or something. I might just eat breakfast, lunch, after school snack, dinner, and dessert fruits. Is that good?

I rarely feel energized after eating. Maybe when I feel hungry but know I'm on my way to the gym soon, so I just eat an apple, then I don't feel stuffed and still feel energetic---but still like I could eat more. Hmm. Still learning where that comfortable middle ground of being satiated is!
What I do is I ask myself when I reach for my granola if I really just want the granola or am I hungry enough that I would substitute it for carrots (something less desirable). If I would then I'll eat a little granola and some carrots too : )
I am catching myself eating more because of a massive amount of stress right now.
Back in check hopefully. Thankfully I am eating lots of produce so no big deal really.I am guilty of boredom eating. Just stopped keeping food in the house that takes care of that problem. I just get enough food for a day or two and thats it.

i always found that weird, i have had to restart many fasts because i got up, made myself breakfast, and ate it. when i was done i was like, crap
