Brown has a PhD in history and was the UK chancellor of the exchequer during Blairs reign of terror. When he sold the gold he knew what he was doing. Any idiot knows that gold rises in price during difficult economic times. Brown has a long-term view of history and the goal of these globalists has always been to have the world under one currency. If the Euro is causing trouble in the EU, imagine the mess a global currency (say, carbon credits) are destined to cause.
