Nice work on the documentary, it was fairly well done for what it was. Have you seen "Rasing the Bar" by Mike Pulcinella? He's a documentary film maker who also did a few bodybuilding documentaries which were all pretty awesome. His username on Youtube is gatomjp if you'd like to check out some of his stuff. Good luck!
@Naked4Jesus thanks very much! it was my first documentary my second year of college, but I appreciate the comment and i will def. check the channel out.
Hi there, good doc really enjoyed watching it, could you please tell me the name of the song in it the one that plays first? thanks man and best of luck in the future
@I9R9I9S9H thanks for watching. The song at the beginning of part one is Up Up and Away - by Kid Cudi, and the beginning song of part two is Your Hand In Mine - by Explosions in the Sky.
@esam9and11 thanks for the comment but actually I only filmed the documentary that wasn't me competing, it was a friend of mine and he is preparing for his next competition in late July early August I believe. Thanks for the view!
@jackonmsn agreed, although this was barely his third competition ever, but you should have seen how disappointed he was when he first saw this footage. He's come a long way now, he and I are still friends and to this day he still talks about how bad he was that competition. haha it's all about learning from your mistakes
@ALLbusinessPRO i agree with everything you said ye, i just remember prepping a guy for his first show this year and we practised posing every day for about 8 weeks
@jackonmsn that's awesome, and yeah getting the posing down is a must, but this dude didn't have anyone to train him it was all on his own which you can pretty much tell i'm sure lol but thanks for the view and the comments =]

Congrats on the journey.... In my opinion 5 weeks was entirely too short for a prep especially to lose 25 lbs. Have any plans to compete this year?
