I draw my sword by jumping off a cliff (short enough to not get me hurt) and i hold foward on the control stick and on the right time pull out my sword.
hehe :D my favourit is the backflip and draw sword :D thets style. Zelda is one hell of a awsome game :D just completed it with 3 Hearts only! and it was realy hard but with all nice glitches. i did some nice shit :D go link.. go link

You run a little bit while holding Z and press B to draw your sword, only immediately after pressing B tap A repeatedly to do the jump attack.
