  • for those of you commenting on the delivery - this man is laying down some knowledge. listen to the nutrition part.

  • No-one is forcing you to listen John old boy.

  • id rather have bad achillies for life than listen to this guy drone on and on and on ....

zzzz someome pllllleaze stop his insane ramblings

  • I have crazy tendon problems in all four appendages, and while most of my tendon pain and discomfort can be explained by certain activities that would have put unusual strain on the tendons, the insane fragility and inability of my tendons to heal at all has vexed me ever since the issue arose. Some ideas in the video are interesting. "Lumping protein intake into one meal" is something I do. I get plenty of A, C, and E, but am not sure about the rest. My nutrition isn't bad, but just maybe. . .

  • @Bismarkable

i have also had my knee tendonosis in both knees going on 2.5 years now and counting. they won't heal man and im depressed because of it. im 28yrs and highly active. they came about as a result of an insane amount of basketball. even though i stopped playing, they are still jacked.

  • I was told by a orthopedic surgeon that I had to have surgery for achilles tendinosis of both ankles...I waited a few months to consider the surgery, bought a cheap pair of Croc shoes knock-offs and was able to walk. The shoes seems to propel me forward, the achilles tendons are needed to push the leg forward. After a few weeks the pain was gone, and in 3 months, the ruptured tendons were totally healed. I always take Vit. C, E, and CoQ10 and 2 gms of MSM... You can be healed without surgery.!

  • Thank you . Very helpful! I will check your website out. :)

  • "Tendons are like the canary in the coalmine."

    Good to know! Great Video.

  • Very informative. I thank you for helping me to understand tendinosis. I'll get to work on the green vegetables. They seem to have the nutrients that you mentioned.
