So to edit a video in photoshop, you'll have to divide the video into frames first and then edit each frame. The process is very very complex though, to make it realistic you have to edit like 30 photos perfectly to fake just 1 second of the video.

@nadosh1992 Yes, you are right at that point. You can't call a video "photoshopped" . My point was is that technically, using photoshop to edit videos is possible but it's very very hard. To edit a 30 secs vid, you have to edit 900 photos perfectly and in sequence with other photos with is nearly impossible and needs teams and still can be spotted.
