  • If musician is about bringing happiness to others. He is a real musician...

  • This is amazing! Thanks for posting. I was searching to find something with Carey James, and there he is opening for Liberace. It's the only time I have heard him speak. <3 LEE! RIP Liberace and Carey James.

  • @piznair3000 Funny, I immediately recognized Carey James too! Sad, isn't it, that they're both gone. Liberace would have hated me, because I would have wanted him to constantly play for me. They only thing better than a concert grand piano is a person who can play it, well, and it could! Oh, how he could play!

  • @Ferrante109 I meant HE and not IT. I need new glasses...sorry.

  • That is Donald Oconner Ya know Make em laugh make em laugh.

  • Awesome!!

  • Lee, forever

  • it was a movie clip, I think it maybe from Sincerely Yours, but not sure

  • He is my favorite pianist in the pop genre. Very sensitive artist whose hands were magical - he could play 6,000 notes a minute! No one could do that but him. It was in the Guinness Book.....Growing up I tried to be like him at the piano, but only caused chuckles.."Ah,another Liberace!" heheh...still a lot of fun. His arrangements still delight me.

  • even after all these years there is no one that can play piano like him.he is mr. show business personefied. i love to hear him play, ho so artistic.we lost a great star when he died.bbubbles37

  • DONALD O'CONNOR

  • maravillosa interpretacion

  • I believe this segment is from the "Hotel" TV series of the early 80's. The couple seated at the table are actor/dancer/singer - Donald O'Connor and actress Margaret O'Brien. The young man introducing Liberace is Cary James.

  • is this real?

  • was that a private performance for just that couple? there wasn't anyone else around

  • @kboss2011 Yes, it was a private performance....a surprise for that couple

  • It was in the early 80's

  • I think that's the best version I ever heard of that
