If you live where I lived, you will see that it is true for that particular area. The area is mostly populated by blacks so of course the chance of a criminal being black is high. You can't expect to have a low arrest rate of blacks if you are policing a predominantly black neighbourhood.

I have not condemned anyone to death. I don't think that he should have been shot at in the first place. His "friend" who committed that future crime I told you about earlier also had prior run ins with the law.
Although you have presented no proof of any wrong doing in the community at that time, there is no proof by the police officers as to who they were looking for at the time and you can't justify or explain the need for fifty unanswered shots by the police in a car full of people without castigating the lack of investigation prior to the act of arrest or the actual shooting incident.

That is why when a cop asked to see my license and reg. I comply. And I know that is what most black people do. I never said that all black people resist authority. There is statistical data supporting that the majority of excessive force complaints and convictions involve cops victimizing blacks. If you compare the guilty whites who resist vs the guilty blaks. Fred Hampton and Medger Evers were assasinated by police with no prostitutes or drug dealers around them, I agree with a great deal of what you say but you need to pay more attention to racial profiling police brutality etc. Just think of the countless freinds and relatives of those falsley convicted sometimes for over 20 years!
I can understand why they hate the police. As a white man I have seen differences. When I got pulled over, they asked to check my black passenger's permit out of the blue for no reason. It made me angry. Most of the people I know that use drugs are white people as well. Not trying to stir conflict up, I'm just saying what I've seen.

If you live where I lived, you will see that it is true for that particular area. The area is mostly populated by blacks so of course the chance of a criminal being black is high. You can't expect to have a low arrest rate of blacks if you are policing a predominantly black neighbourhood.

I'm aware of these aspects of the past such as the Jim Crow laws where Blacks were paying taxes on things they were not allowed to use, the vicious police brutality and murders, lynchings, church bombings etc. They were all horrible things.

But they still don't excuse the fact that black people do commit more crimes compared to other races (by the ratios). Are you going to sit there and dispute that. The people committing these crimes aren't former slaves or victims of the brutality their ancestors faced. Quit making excuses. So because their ancestors were treated so badly excuses them for committing the grossly large majority of interracial crimes. That is why black people are targeted so much.

The majority of crimes are intra-racial and not interracial. Furthermore, whites commit the majority of Hate crimes and inter-racial crimes. I disagree with police brutality. But if you resist arrest then you have to deal with the fact that you are going to get beat down, regardless of your race. That is why when a cop asked to see my license and reg. I comply. And I know that is what most black people do. I never said that all black people resist authority. But it is a disproportionate amount.

That's false, mikey. There is no statistical data to support that. There is statistical data supporting that the majority of excessive force complaints and convictions involve cops victimizing blacks. If you compare the guilty whites who resist vs the guilty blaks. You'll see that guilty white are more likely to resist, they don't fear the possibility of excessive force as much.

Yes, I'm well aware of this and did not say that other races were treated as badly for as long. But all these things still do not excuse the actions committed by black citizens today. Black people commit more crimes against black people than any other race but little is said about that. The white man is still catching flak from crimes committed by our ancestors while the ones you should be fearing are yourselves. I was a victim of brutality myself, but it was own stupid actions that caused it.

The reason why the blacks are profiled so much is because of the amount of crimes commited by black paople. If it were purely racially motivated then what about the Asians or Indians(the country not Native Americans). If blacks led a more productive life then they wouldn't be profiled. I don't agree with profiling but I do understand it. If you have a negative encounter with something so many times, wouldn't you be cautious the next time. If not you are foolish.

I can understand why they hate the police. As a white man I have seen differences. When I got pulled over, they asked to check my black passenger's permit out of the blue for no reason. It made me angry. Most of the people I know that use drugs are white people as well. Not trying to stir conflict up, I'm just saying what I've seen.
