  • Do you have some asian ancestors???

  • Old account, new account

    Old lady, new lady

  • Well, THAT made heaps of sense. Stream of consciousness rambling, much?

(Or of course, it could have been "chemically induced") - either way it wasn't overly informative. OK, you're back, we got that - what was the purpose of the other inane drivel?

  • fucking faggot lives hurray

  • You must get aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the laydeez.

  • Good news E.

  • I suppose lol

  • I like happy juice.

  • me 2 : D

  • You don't seem to excited to be on vacation...lol.

  • for the most part Im not really, but thats another story.

  • they deleted you too?

  • yeah dude, youtubes suspended me like 3 times since sept and ive come back everytime so far idk what the deal is, i mean whats not to like about my sweet face?

  • Lucky you, what was the suspension for this time?

Did you do anything to get it back?

  • BJs, I'm guessing.

  • lol, I don't think he would resort to that, to get his channel back.

  • Maybe it was just for fun then.

  • lol, he would have had to travel a lot, since YT is in Washington state I think.

  • Good point.

  • I never left, waited patiently. I think youtube will suspend any account when anyone flags a channel. We are at the mercy of 14years in their parent's basement. Yahoo answers is the same way.

The correction for this is to require a certain level of flaggings to occur before suspending. More than two or a percentage of the viewers, say 10%. Channels that have low viewer numbers really shouldn't worry youtube's copyright problem.

  • Well, youtube has an automated copyright system, copyright holders put in the system, and the system finds anything that remotely matches, hence you can dispute it, if it's fair use.

  • You would think a human would have to look at the computer out put before suspending... not afterwards. But I didn't know this. Do you have more information on this?

  • Well, every since Google bought YT, nothing is as good as it used to be.

I believe the only person that has any say so, as far as approving the video after the video is taken down is the copyright holder, who can approve or deny it, if the automatic system finds it, on accident, and takes it down, and if the copyright holder denies it, you can do a counter claim to justify the use of said video.

The system has a database on your strikes, soon as it hits 3 copyright strikes, you are suspended.

  • I am not sure how many Guidelines violations you can accumulate, before you are suspended.

  • Well it is strange, four anarchist were suspended with in a short time of each other, I think within an hour. I think there is more to the explanation than a computer. I think it was a deliberate attempt at censoring.

  • Could have been false flagging by someone.

  • This is the problem, why should one person's false flag be allowed to suspended a channel. A person goes to some considerable work to make videos and one 14 year old boy in his parent's basement hits the flag button. What is this, the Khemer Rouge? A minimum of two people have to flag or 1 % of the viewers. My numbers are arbitrary, what ever corrects this injustice.

  • Well, as far as copyright strikes you can have no more than 3, but someone can create socks and flag a video over and over again, for the same reason, it's not really how many people flag it, more along the lines of how many times it's flagged.

Well, that's why a lot are writing to YT, telling them to review flags and copyright claims before they are processed, of course for most copyright stuff, they have an automated system, that scans videos for "signatures" of their material.
