i was really against getting a c section but after 24 hours in labor and didnt dialate any with pitocin, i was ready to have her and had the c section, the operation itself was not so bad, except alot of pressure, but afterwards was the worst pain.

It's not as bad as it looks, yeah it's a bit sore n uncomfortable but not anything to be scared about! I had a c section 13 weeks ago today and I am fine! For those who judge mums who have c-sections well don't it is not the easy way out especially like in my case you dont have the choice! Try looking after a newborn n recovering from surgery at the same time, not good! xx

People always say to me I want a c-section when I have my baby. Trust me I had one and seriously I think anyone who can have a natural birth should rethink having a ceaserian. And to be quite honest you think it looks bad, that's nothing compared to how it feels afterwards. It's bloody awful and your in so much pain you cry.

Wow... This video of a C-section is one of the worse C-sections I've seen. The initial incision was fine but the rest looked butchered. Not only that, the surgeon hung the baby upside down and *seems* to be handing the baby off badly. Maybe it's just my experiences being a tech myself.

Gives me even more respect for the skill and care of the medical team it takes to bring babies into the world via c-section!

I wouldn't voluntarily choose a c-section, but I am thankful the option is there -- otherwise my firstborn and I would not be here and therefore neither would my other two. :-)

I had c section 2 times, n it's not soo scary, on the contrary. And I had a spinal anaesthesia both time, so I've spoke with doctors n heard everything, and, of course I heard my sons crying , best sound ever :)))))

First 2 or 3 days after surgery is rough, but it's worth that pain. N after remowe stiches..... deam stiches....I felt relife, because u can not take a shover like normal person with them.... ladies, I've spend 2 hours in the shower :))) After 3 weeks I was back to normal :)
