  • that looks like a blast to drive

  • u have to build an off-road version....

  • truely an ingenious machine......very well thought out and put together....great job .....when can i buy one george ..lol

  • good, clean fun..

  • Have you ever thought of making one a selectable 4WD? That would be nice. Looking forward to your future builds. Keep up the good work; I love it!!!

  • looks like fun,may i suggest a plug the driver has to plug in and out while entering and leaving the kart, keeps bad things from happening.good work.

  • this is sweet. I've been looking for something to build ... nice

  • That's eye-ball-engineering - a term for just getting in there and doing it with not so much as even a lay-out. This is a combination of several unique design technologies.

It take a very special kind of mechanic/machinist to create a machine such as that.

Please put a writen link of your site on your next youtube video - Z-KART.com - is it ? Is it where a person can place orders and suggestions ?

  • Great project!! Have you timed it to how long it takes to come to top speed (40Mph?).

@mrnewagemotor Jup it's z-kart.com (It's registered to George Fortin atleast), but as you can see he hasn't uploaded anything to it yet.

  • @mattiaslarsson - If you view one of Georges earlier videos - I believe he makes a mension of how fast it can go and how fast it gets to top speed too. It's captioned as - George fortins ZKart, gfortin@cox.net - a 3:57 time video by georgefortin .

I'm going to go and check-out that website now and see if it comes up - I have a great suggestion for a future advanced version of this kind of vehicle.

  • sick cart man, thats just a sweet fun project that will be enjoyable and is just cool to show off that you built something that you wanted by yourself just usin what ya know, mad props, maybe you can get some documentation/open sourcing of how you went about stuff, you mentioned you had pictures of the build and such, you also mentioned that you could make it go faster, just out of curiosity, how fast do you think you could get it up to with the gearing right? any plans for the next one...? =)
