  • Try to puss your legs little more. You are working your legs 90% of your power. Do not rush to go under the bar. Generally your technical is good !! 

  • i know you just got done snatching and all, but I noticed you were a bit unbalanced on your jerks. I sorta broke your jerk down and I saw that your back foot moves before your front foot. When you don't move them at the same time you plant your back foot just fine,but then just plop your front foot down with no balance or weight on it, which causes the bar to shoot you forward. Just something I noticed...

  • your bar isnt coming in either its going strait up. your also banging your bladder witch causes you to loop it and have is still forward. in the C&J also when u clean have a tight back and when u jerk have your elbows up and shift the weight back on your feet a lil more and that should help make lifts easier. but your lifts are still good!

  • he's not finishing his lifts, he's dropping the weight before he reaches the locked position.

  • jajajaj 165 "clean" jajaj this doesnt exist so tall, long legs and thin isnot a good structurwe for a liftter.

  • I used to have scheduled heavy and light days, but sometimes i felt like crap on the heavy days and super strong on the light ones. So I just go by intuition now.

    It happens man.. keep up the good work.

  • Wow. Impressive. I am a powerlifter and very rarely train the olympic lifts. I have deadlifted 628 and the best clean and jerk I have done is 253(very shitty form I might add). This video was very impressive to me. Cool.

  • No. I'm just an idiot. I realized the 628 was pounds but somehow my brain didn't grasp the concept that you can lift pounds in oly lifts too. So here I was thinking: "No way this guy c&js 253 kilos."

    Y la verdad no baje de marcas. Estoy donde debo estar en este momento (uno solo esta en el pique 1 o 2 veces al an~o). En Julio hice 200, cargue 211. Asique estoy muy bien. En Marzo del an~o que viene 220-230. Asique no me den por muerto ahi, che.

  • I fucked up my wrist at last Arnolds, so I could not do any snatches for about 4 months. My technique is a little bit off. However I am geting ther. Next Arnolds for sure 400kg total!

    The goal of this day was not achieved, since I planed to 3pl 140 in snatch and c&j 170. We'll see next max day.
