  • Craziest jukebox I've ever seen.

  • hello there i was wondering if you could show the inside of the jukebox as it is selection various songs to be played thank youand the jukebox looks and sounds great all the best

  • I love your jukebox. Where did you get it? Also, can you tell me the songs and artists you played on it?

  • Wow! Cool jukebox to watch operate!

  • Thats awesome! I wish I had one.

  • It looks like NSM took the design of the 1950's RCA 45 rpm record changer & modified it. As for the tone arm,it either was left as is or modified for a Seeburg/Pickering cartridge because a two sided NSM cartridge couldn't be found.

  • I have the same machine with the original cartridges, These cartridges you will find on the German Ebay because it is not a two sided cartridge but 2 single cartridges also used in German NOVA- Rock-ola machines. It's not easy but it's possible. By the way I should have used a newer NSM Merula cartridge from a Prestige modell what will look a lot nicer

  • I have got the nsm fanfare 100 stereo, but can't get anyone to repair it, they just say they don't want the hassle of that model. getting close to giving up with it. still, I think they are a lovely looking jukebox

  • wohl ohne zweifel sie beste aller nsm boxen der 60ger!!

  • can it play the b sides as well

  • It IS currently playing a B side. The tone arm is two sided and in the video it is playing the underside of the record. Notice the platter rotation, it is going the other way. There is a needle on top of the tone arm facing the other way. When the record drops down, it plays the A side in the normal way. Do a search for SEEBURG BACKGROUND MUSIC for a clearer picture of how a mechanism like this operates.

  • The mechanism looks very much like the Seeburg background music 1000 system - only they are 45's instead of 16 2/3 rpm records. I wonder if NSM copied them on this as well. Still a fascinating machine to watch and play!

    Mike

  • It's a complete differend system

  • leggie i 45 giri con il braccio sotto sopra ma è una cosa spettacolare

  • Fascinating mechanism! I am in the US, where can I get one! But wouldn't the records warp being stored like that?

  • What's the first song you played in the video?

  • Sounds like a Reggae version of "Lady".

  • You need to put in the title strips and looks like the title strip light is off. I have software that makes the title strips it's called "Jukebox titlestrip maker" you can make all kinds of interesting title strips with it.

  • I love it !!!!

  • Bello e ineressante!

  • VERY interesting mechanism! 5*****'s.

  • This was before NSM decided to become the "German Seeburg" by ripping off their mechanism!

  • why not this one has seeburg buttons from a 1954 "R" and look reel close at the cartrige at 2:49 Jasonlava is right it is the seeburg T stylus $75.00 a set

  • ps look at the nsm serenade 130 video the mech look like it has the endcaps of a 222 and the buttons are the same as on my discotheque

  • wow! thatz a awesome jukebox! what year is it made?

  • This kind of jukebox came up between 1959 - 1962 (google search)

  • It's is build in 1959 till 1961 after this the Fanfare Silber came out 1n 1961 till 1963 and that was the last Fanfare model, Then The Serenade Stereo magic came in 1963 wich was build till 1966 because this was a very popular model,

  • Looks like a Pickering/Seeburg stereo redhead cartridge.

  • I think it is and the buttons look like seeburg two

  • I looked and it has 1954 seeburg R buttons and the pickering cart with the T styles [expensive]type It may have ben a prototype unit

or resold surplus parts I found the same thing with woodworking machines a new jet table saw has a part from a 1950 rockwell

  • That is fantastic !!! would love to see what it looks like on the inside

  • Probly look just like a seeburg LOL

  • Wow, have never see a machine like this. Interesting.

  • Thats a very unique jukebox mechanism, none of the USA companies used anything like that.
