I just ordered the book 2 days ago!, should be here by this weekend before I leave for Xmas/New Years! I'm already on the last 30 pages of Influencers with so many highlights and notes posted around the book it now gets mistaken for an LGBT flag. :D

I am also joining a couple of local Toastmasters groups in downtown L.A and this is these are skills I am so excited to improve. The most difficult people to influence and have vital conversations with is ourself. Thank you for helping!

This type of advertising is so overdone, plus crucial conversations is so much more classy than this ad. Really, are you kidding me. You are Vital Smarts, You wrote a great book. Don't ruin it with a stupid commercial that tries to do what the BYU library did. Come up with something original.
