@thecduff14 keep working at it, if your hands are really really small, some guitars have a narrower nut width and skinnier necks, which make it a lot easier too.

@NonSilentKiller I've been working at it and it has gotten easier to get my pinky and ring fingers to go opposite ways without looking like my hand is having a spasm.... it's still tricky to move my hand quick enough.

for the people who think this vid is too fast, you need to memorize your chords first. its obviously impossible if you have to sit and think about where your fingers go for each chord. memorize those first and then your good to go.
