@marshman1405 I was losing my hair but I changed my diet. I eat only skinless poultry and fish for meat. I eat nuts and seeds (hemp). No legumes or grains (peanuts are legumes btw). Lots of berries (not juices). I use unfiltered honey to sweeten and nothing else. I don't consume any dairy at all (I have had my calcium checked and I'm in the high normal range so I know you don't need dairy for calcium. You need Vit D).
