I think that when they said "unforeseen" that was a sarcastic joke, for those of you without a sense of humor.

And the horse should get more credit. She basically sat on his neck, slid up to his withers and sat backwards. Not many horses would be okay with it! The horse didn't even care until she repositioned herself to slide off the butt and unintentionally leaned her weight with her knees onto his kidneys. For a horse, that's painful.

Anyways.. hahah kinda awesome! you have an amazing horse!!

I know that it didn't hurt the horse. Just explaining a bit. The weight on the horse's spine didn't feel good. You shouldn't sit that far back. He/she may have bucked because some horses hate being touched on the croup. Maybe have someone holding the horse and wearing a helmet next time just to be a little safer. Ur pretty brave to do that! :)

You should be alittle careful and you never know if that horse will take off, so be sure to have something to control his head with (lead rope/reins). I dont think you hurt the horse but just ticked it off....which sometimes they will learn to get over it but yeah to to use a different method to get on. FUNNY THOUGH.

LOL, thats funny most horses will buck when in they are not saddled up or have any kind of lead on the halter. I could see how the rider could get hurt but I think the horse was fine, maybe dangerous for the horse and rider if it freaked out, but as far as hurting the horse's back I dont think so. He just got irritated and a lot of horses dont like to be riden bareback and at that with no reins or a bit or even a lead line.

lol looks alot like what me and my baby sister used to do on all our horses. best fun was hoping on the 10.2 pony getting the other one to slap his rump and then he would take off like a bat out of hell. before someone freaks, first off, if he didnt like it trust me he would have kicked us and two our horses were more like oversized dogs. even my tb stallion let me do that to him. all our horses were extremely bonded to us to the point we slept in the stalls with them.
