Hmmm...I don't agree with any of you. The Joker doesn't consider himself "just another psycho". Nor does he think he "should be committed". Nor would he ever "go to the doctor" and listen to what the doctor would say, namely: "you're just another psycho".
All in all I have to say this song was a very poor choice of words.
