the reason this was so effective in the Strangers is because it is such a peaceful, lyrical song being played during a brutal home invasion. that movie was scary and the end was sad when the couple met their fate, but this song really sends chills up my spine as soon as it starts on the record player. this is a song that makes you think of a warm summer afternoon, not a night of terror and psychopathy. Amazing song though!!!
