  • im only 70 pounds. will the cheap grappling hook b safe? cuz i unknowlingly bought one yesterday.

  • I never though of a Grappling ladder... Time to rob some banks

  • If its high up how do you get it down!?!?!

  • @shotgunpi just wiggle it around it will come down. Especially use circular motions.

  • @ShinobiMystic THANK YOU!!

  • were did u bye the death hook

  • why the hell did you try to hold yourself up on a tiny flimsy-ass branch. you fool.

  • @lololthatsfunny yeah I know that was foolish.

  • where did you get the new military grappling hook at

  • nice where do u buy ur hooks

  • Please answer my question; So that 20 Dollar Hook that is on alot of sites like truswords and other sites is bogus? I just want to know how it is bad before I buy that one you said.

  • Hey if I'm only climbing like 12 foot stuff or less could I still use the death grappling hook

  • Death grappling hook. @gravityX100

  • Death grappling hook. @gravityX100

  • @gravityX100 it broke while I was in a tree.

  • you suck u have top of the line stuff and then u fall wow

  • @Mryz80rider the video states that that was 1 year ago and the tree branch snapped. Not his fault.

  • when stepping on your rope wont small dirt particals destroy your rope? idk for sure but i recall hearing that just as a heads up. and whats your position on retractable grappling hooks?

  • @amirrorsreflection I love the retractable grappling hook, it is my favorite tool. Yes I believe dirt destroys rope, it is just normal wear and tear. I think most of my rope is mold resistant.

  • lol id like to see a 1600lb guy try to climb with that thisng = )

  • @Smoofer989 Yeah, well I should try it with some of my friends on it.

  • dude love the ladder one OMG i never thought of that..haha

  • @djdarryltaylor yeah that thing works great.

  • when you throw your hook up how do you get it back down

  • how high have you ever grappled?

  • @pyrofun13 not super high like 30 feet.

  • havent you been using your cheap grappling hook in all your other videos though?

  • @roseofforbidance yeah and I am sorry for misleading people with it. My hook broke in acciedent I did not film. It was not a fun day I had to climb down after falling onto a branch.

  • did he die

  • @AAAmotion I hope so.........

  • ITs a Good thing then I lost my $20 grappling hook? Right?

  • what do you with all of this equipment and that you have? o.o

  • dont dis the $20 grappels unless you fall with um

  • I've known a couple of people that have owned, operated and never had an issue with the $20 grappling hooks - used for climbing up to three story buildings [concrete], 40' poles [steel] and grappling up to billboard ladders [high pressure]. Just upgrade the rope - maybe tie a few knots in it for footing - use a stiffer spring and dab some Loctite on the nut. $40 total and never an issue. Just my friends' experiences though.

  • wow dude, well any I have had I have not felt that way. But thats great, climbing up poles and stuff. Thanks for sharing friend.

  • Look in the discription lol rappleing... He fell lol great training

  • lol

  • Could i build a grappling hook ? or would it be better if i bought one?

  • Do you have training in metalurgy, pressure loads, engineering and welding?

  • not in metalurgy, pressure loads, or engineering but welding yes

  • I dunno buddy you could give it a try and study some things. Do not act carelessly. I wish you the best with your endeavors.

  • Ok and i will have to try it sometime and i will make sure it is safe because i could hurt myself really badly or kill my self trying it. and thank you for the great videos

  • whats wrong with the 20 dollar one ? haha

  • Wow dude, Well watch at the end.

  • where did you get your equptment

  • Rope from the hardware store and that TGI hook from the web.

  • look at the video info I added the link there.

  • they r not cheap u peice of crap

  • is the Capewell Retractable Grappling Hook any good?

  • I would think so, I was going to get that one but it seems of a fantastic quality and I have not heard anything bad about it.

  • Ok hey me again can you tell me where you got the good grappling hook and how much and tell me what you think of this grappling hook that im thinking about buy

  • tgrgear and it was $180. Hope this helps.

  • Srry to bother you again but can you please give me the site link you bought it off of that way i know i will get it.. thanks

  • look at the video info I added the link there.

  • .....and your grappling hook can hold up to 1650 lbs.

  • LOL, By the way I saw some sites selling the ninja hook for $115 (€83,-), while other sites sell it for $15-$20 dollar.

  • Yeah I know, that is lame it is all the same cheap made thing. Don't even buy it.

  • Nice vid, but I got a question. You do say that the ninja grappling hook is dangerous, but I'm going to use it for walls not for trees. Does that change the situation. And some sites say that it can hold up to 800 lbs. You also don't use the nylon rope which most of the internet sites gives it with the hook. And you did use this hook in other vids. I'm just asking these questions because there is a huge difference in prices.

  • Yes I did use that hook in other video's and I am lucky to be ok. Yes the rope it comes with is atrocious. I would only advise getting a military grade grappling hook that has a weight rating. But not that cheap grappling hook, it bent the first time I used it when I got a new one.

  • You said that the grappling hook you are using is dangerous but you didn't say why, you said you could kill yourself with one of them but you never said how. what I'm asking is, what's so bad about them as to why i should't get one?

  • the grappling hook I showed is one of the cheap ones that has no weight rating and it not even really meant to hold more than like 70 pounds. I guess it is used for moving equipment. That is why I got the TGRgrabber instead. The cheap one broke with me, at the bolt at the top.

  • Haha nice intro, awesome new grappling hook man! I need to check into those.

Those climbing harness can hurt the family jewels :P

HOLY CRAP! That fall looked bad man? How badly did it bang you up and how far was the fall?

  • wow thank god you didnt hurt yourself

  • yeah tell me about it.

  • wtf you didnt grow wings ...... red bull lies GRRRRR lol :P

  • Yeah I know, but I am trying to fly with my hook up in the air.

  • were did you get this stuff???

  • Different places, hardware stores, and tgrgear dott com.

  • haha great fall at the end:P how high was it if i may ask?

i once fell down from 12 meter out of a tree:P was climbing it for fun ghehe

landed whit my back on barbed wire my whole back was cut open cuts were 1cm to 2cm deep did kinda hurt and did learn from it:P

i do learn from evry scar i get. ya its probably bether to think before doing somthing than getting hurt and stuf but stil the fall down it self was nice only the landing not:P

  • Wow your fall really sucked I really feel for you.

I fell from like 10 feet, my friend was recording and immediately shut off the camera.

  • lol about half a year ago i bought the same cheap grappling hook xD in the first few weeks of testing it, it started bending and lost the ability to fold. its a really dangerous hook to rely on.

  • yup that is exactly what happened to me. Those hooks are really unsafe. That is why I got the good one.

  • yeah it is good stuff.

  • *snickers* ouch! But I'm glad you're alive after your fall. Thanks for the safety tip!

  • yeah I could have broken my back, I landed on my back with the branch on top of me. Yes that did suck, I got alot smarter about all this after that.

  • Simply amazing! I need to get one, =D

  • be careful friend.

  • i got the crappy hook but a nice rope on it. i dont use it much to hold all my weight cause i am big and it sucks. but i use it for areas of the forest that are steep steep and hard to get up and hundreds of feet type stuff. but i would only go up a little. but toss it to the base of tree that is skinny higher up and use it to hold onto and kind of walk up and hold it and use it for support. and i use it to pull big dead branches out of trees for firewood. ouch holy cow. great vid 5 stars

  • Yeah that is a good idea, the crappy cheap one bent the first time I used it. After that I was like no way! Yeah your better off playing it safe bro. Thanks for watching.
